More like girl on the big screen.
Marie Ulven, otherwise known as girl in red, is making her feature film debut in an upcoming movie called Low Expectations, Variety reports.
Ulven will play the lead role in Low Expectations, which is about a 29-year-old who returns to her hometown and gets a job at a high school after her career as a famous artist implodes.
“I knew her as a great musician and was really pleased to find out Marie also has a rare gift as an actor,” says director Eivind Landsvik. “She has so much to offer this film, and I am grateful she wants to share her talent with us.”
Girl in red released her latest album, I’m Doing It Again Baby!, in 2024.
